MEETING MINUTES March 2nd, 2010
Pace meeting with 12 members in attendance.
Jeff Bilka was in attendance at the meeting to talk about his business, Ft. Pitt Classic Cars. He explained that he can work on any vehicle, do restorations, media blasting, detailing, and dynamometer testing among others. He has two shops, the main one is in Sharpsburg off the Higland Park bridge, and his Hot Rod shop near Mars PA. Please see the website link on our recommended links page to view his site.
Mark has gotten final approval for new business cards and will be ordering 500 of them. Guestbook website problems are being researched and dealt with. The guestbook was constantly getting 'bots' messages some of which were not appropriate.
As of 3/1/2010 52 letters have been sent out asking for donations for our fund raising cruises including one to Papa John himself inviting him to our July 23rd. Wexford camaro night and 24th. Tom Henry picnic and cruise. Keep tuned.
The restaurant named SIBA on rt. 228 is interested in having us help them with their first car cruise this year and they have alot of parking. More to follow on this one.
We are looking into club sweatshirts, if anyone is interested contact an officer so that we can get a feel for how many and what styles. A t-shirt would cost us $9, Sweatshirt #15, Hoodie $20, Zip Hoodie $25
There are 11 t-shirts left.
Some new pictures are published on the picture page. We still would like ALL MEMBERS to send the webmaster just one of your ride for our members page. C'mon people, I know ya gots them!
The next meeting is APRIL 6th. at FT. PITT CLASSIC CARS Hot Rod Shop for a facilities tour at 6:30pm near Mars PA. Directions will follow in an email to determine how many will be there.
We are looking for donations for this years upcoming cruise/fundraisers. Please help if you can. If you need a letter to state that we are a non-profit organization please email Pam Meerdo or Sue Ritchey.

Our website IS out there and has over 2600 hits since its inception. Tell your friends to take a look.
In the meantime, I'm want pictures so SEND SOME !!!!! Anyone who has pictures please pick 1 or 2 of your favorites and email them to Mark (pghtyger2@yahoo.com) to be included on our web site photo gallery. PLEASE send them as a jpeg format. That would be most helpful. Please include any info about your picture.
