MEETING MINUTES   

July 6th.,  2010  
 
1) 18 members were in attendance
 
2)  We welcomed new members John & Cheryl Dauer.
 
3)  50 new t-shirts are being ordered in black and gray.
 
4)  PACE next volunteers at the wexford cruise on July 30th.
 
5)  For the Tom Henry cruise on the 24th. we are asking for donations and food for the trip to the barn afterwards. If people have a large cooler it would be appreciated if you could bring it along. Mark is bringing ice. The cruise is from 11am to 4pm and we would like everyone there to help set up by 10am please. This time if anyone would like to make up a themed basket for the chinese auction (eg. a womans basket, food basket, car care basket etc.) worth about $20 -25 dollars it would be appreciated.

 Some new pictures are published on the picture page. We still would like ALL MEMBERS to send the webmaster just one of your ride for our members page. C'mon people, I know ya gots them!
 
The next meeting is August 3rd. at UNO'S at 6:30pm as usual.                
 
 
 

We are looking for donations for this years upcoming cruise/fundraisers. Please help if you can. If you need a letter to state that we are a non-profit organization please email Pam Meerdo or Sue Ritchey. Susy would like to see baskets with a theme like the ones that were raffled off at the Camaro/Mustang showdown at Quaker Steak in Austintown. Some themes were a bucket of Meguiars, pasta basket, lotions and bath products, candles, etc.... If you can do something like that we would love to hear from you!!  

 

                Our website IS out there and has over 3000++ hits since its inception. Tell your friends to take a look.

 

 

      In the meantime, I'm want pictures so SEND SOME !!!!! Anyone who has pictures please pick 1 or 2 of your favorites and email them to Mark (pghtyger2@yahoo.com) to be included on our web site photo gallery. PLEASE send them as a jpeg format. That would be most helpful. Please include any info about your picture you want noted.
